Clinton Berger
Clinton grew up on a large Pennsylvania property, mastering everything from precision lawn care to forestry and farming. While other kids went to arcades, he studied heavy equipment, comparing specs and debating salespeople on the best brands.
He honed his skills in his father’s construction business before serving six years in the military, where he became a non-commissioned officer, developing leadership, discipline, and attention to detail.
With a passion for the outdoors, expert craftsmanship, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Clinton founded Berger Land Services. For him, this isn’t just a business, it’s a lifelong calling.

Melodi Wells
Melodi is a highly passionate outdoorsperson, spending most of her spare time in nature, studying and observing what our beautiful Coastal Bend ecosystems have to offer. She is not only passionate about observing and learning about nature, she is highly skilled and experienced in natural gardening and agricultural techniques.
She spent several years living off-grid, during which time she was learning, honing, and applying various skills. During this time, she used her gardening and farming skills to grow her own food sources using organic and natural techniques. She later used her outdoor survival skills to become a certified outdoor survival instructor.
Aside from being a skilled gardener and survivalist, she is a certified Texas Master Naturalist, making her well versed in the various ecosystems found in the great state of Texas. She understands the delicate ecological balance, biodiversity, and symbiotic relationships found within specific ecosystems. She applies this knowledge to her work, creating symbiotic and biologically diverse landscapes that are both beautiful as well as practical.
Melodi is an excellent addition to the team, providing passion, dedication, and expertise.
